”飯能・日高のインターネットコミュニティ”は、飯能と日高地方の総覧、即ち歴史、文化、スポーツ、教育、研究、産業、観光、自然、政治、平和、生活環境、医療、福祉、労働、交通、趣味、防災、文化遺産をインターネット上で実現することを目的としています。このため、インターネット上における情報の入り口となる電子情報広場（ポータルサイト）としての仕組みを開拓し、飯能と日高の良質で多様なコミュニティに関する情報を集約化して国内外に発信することを目指します。

What at this site aims

"Han'no and Hidaka's Internet communities" has aimed to achieve surveying Han'no and the Hidaka provinces, that is, histories, the cultures, sports, the educations, the researches, industries, sightseeing, nature, politics, peaces, living conditions, medical treatments, welfares, labor, traffic, hobbies, disaster preventions, and cultural heritages on the Internet. Therefore, it aims to develop the mechanism as the electronic information plaza (portal site) that becomes the entrance of information on the Internet, to consolidate information on the community that Han'no and Hidaka are good quality and various, and to send it inside and outside the country
